I bring 15 years of financial services experience supporting senior leadership across strategy, budgeting, performance analytics, governance, and organizational planning.

I advise executives on priorities, financial planning, operating models, and ROI analysis — translating complex initiatives into clear roadmaps and accountable metrics. Today I lead business management for technology divisions at UBS.

I run the operating rhythm of technology delivery — RAID governance, portfolio health reporting, agile and waterfall execution, and the dashboards that let leadership see risk before it becomes a problem.

    • Owned IT PMO governance and portfolio management routines across a $21M–$24M technology portfolio, defining project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting routines.
    • Directed financial governance for a $21M–$24M annual technology budget, consistently hitting year-end targets.
    • Maintained JIRA dashboards, RAID logs, and decision logs to monitor portfolio health and delivery accountability.
